HOMEMADE RED SAUCE WITH SUNDRIED TOMATO

Description

To hang up in the pantry, as in old times. Ready to use: uncork and pour on your pasta!
Sun dried tomato red sauce: the poor people ‘ragù’ (meat sauce), as it was called in the country cooking, for its intense taste that makes the palate satisfied.

SIZE: 330 ml – 330 gr net weight. Glass bottle.

INGREDIENTS

  • Tomato pulp 75%
  • Onion
  • Sun dried tomato 6,2%
  • Extra Virgin olive oil
  • Carrot
  • Fennel
  • Basil
  • Salt

STORAGE instructions:

Pasteurized product. Shelf-life: 24 months.
Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 4/5 days.

USE SUGGESTIONS:

  • Ready to use: cook you pasta in plenty, salty water. Drain it ‘al dente’ and put it in a pan.

Uncork the bottle of SALSA CASARECCIA and pour it on your pasta; salt for a minute, add grated cheese and serve.
