For 5 people:
- 5 slices of chicken breast
- 1 jar of the “Perchè ci credo” Eggplant Caponata dressing
- 5 slices of orange for garnish
- 100 g flour (three tablespoons)
- two cups of milk
- an slice of onion
- extra virgin olive oil (three tablespoons)
- salt to your taste
- pepper to your taste
- Flour the chicken
- Saute the onion with oilAdd the chicken breast and brown it on both sides, adding the salt and pepper
- Add the milk and continue cooking until it all absorbs
- Arrange the chicken breast in a dish with the adjacent “Perchè ci Credo ” Eggplant Caponata dressing. Garnish with basil leaves and serve with warm toast strips
- Garnish with orange slices and serve with warm strips of toast
Tips: You can add ham cubes and curry
Suggested wine: fresh sweet and fruity rosé wine.
