Recipe: Pasta noodles with peppers and ricotta sauce
Preparation: 2 minutes
Cooking time: 8 minutes
TOTAL TIME: 10 minutes
Difficulty: easy

For 3 people:

  • 250 g of egg pasta noodles
  • 1 jar of “Perchè ci credo” peppers and ricotta salsa
  • 20 g of Parmigiano Reggiano cheese
  • 3 leaves of fresh basil for garnish
  • 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
  1. Boil a water in a pot. Add the salt, add the pasta and cook “al dente”.
  2. Pour the “Perchè ci credo” peppers and ricotta sauce in a pan and heat while stirring with a wooden spoon
  3. Drain the pasta and pour it into the pan while while adding cheese. Flip the pasta for a minute, eventually adding  a touch of extra virgin olive oil and serve garnished with basil leaves.

Tips: Use the flaked parmesan cheese instead of grated

Suggested wine: fresh and fruity rosé wine
