Recipe: Orecchiette pasta with turnips

Cooking time: 8 minutes
Total time: 10 minutes
Difficulty: very easy
For 3 people:
- 250 g of pasta “Orecchiette” (typical Pugliese pasta type) of durum wheat or barley
- 1 jar of “Perchè ci credo” turnip seasoning
- 3 anchovy fillets
- Boil water in a pot. Add the salt, add the pasta and cook it “al dente”
- Drain the oil from the “Perchè ci credo” turnip dressing and pour it in a pan
- Drain the pasta and pour into the same pan. Flip the whole thing for a minute and and serve the dishes adding some anchovies
Suggested wine: full-bodied, sweet red wine
