Recipe: Maritati pasta with tomato sauce, basil and ricotta forte cheese

Difficulty: very easy
For 3 people:
- 250 g of durum wheat “Maritati” pasta
- 1 jar of “Perchè ci credo” tomato and Ricotta Forte sauce
- 3 fresh basil leaves for garnish
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- Boil water in a pot. Add the salt, add the pasta and cook “al dente”.
- Pour the “Perchè ci credo” Tomato and Ricotta Forte Sauce in a pan and heat while stirring with a wooden spoon
- Drain the pasta and pour the sauce into the pan. Flip the contents for a minute, eventually adding a little buff of extra virgin olive oil and serve garnished with basil leaves.
Tips: Add the grated pecorino cheese
Suggested wine: full-bodied sweet red wine
